Ready Status:  Use when a record is complete and “ready” to sync to the database.  After syncing to the database, all data goes to the database and only text remains on the mobile app.  Pictures are removed from the mobile app to save space.

Pending Status:  Use when a record is incomplete and you want to save it for later before submitting it to the database.  After syncing to the database, all data remains for this record on the mobile app, and all data is sent to the database.

Delete Status:  Permanently deletes the record from the mobile app.  After syncing to the database, it will delete it from the database as well.
